### VP of R&D and Innovation | Pioneer Data Centers
- Leading the full design, engineering, and manufacturing roadmap for 12-unit immersion
cooling tanks, targeting a groundbreaking PUE of 1.04.
- Achieved PUE of 1.19 in initial lab tests; optimized hashboard thermal range to 37-39°C
using precision mechanical, PLC, and control system designs.
- Oversaw mechanical design, thermal modeling, logic programming, and electronic systems
integration.
- Building productization and regional go-to-market strategy, including IP protection and
manufacturing scale-up.
### Head of Data Center Infrastructure | Ubisoft / i3D.net
- Directed multi-million-dollars modernization projects for electrical, mechanical and access
systems in live environment, with zero downtime.

- Led commissioning & integrated systems testing for large-scale installations over 18 MW,
supporting a major hyperscale cloud provider.
- Developed comprehensive commissioning and witness testing scripts and automated MOP
scripting system (5000 + lines of code) to enforce precision & compliance in test procedures.
- Delivered all projects on time with zero punch-list items, zero safety incidents, and flawless
QA/QC through final IST handovers.
### Data Center Manager | eStruxture Data Centers Inc.
- Managed daily operations across 2 facilities in Montreal; provided remote oversight to
Vancouver DC operations.
- Supervised the MTL1 expansion project, delivering a new colocation hall and additional UPS
capacity with flawless commissioning, QA/QC, and IST-on time and with zero safety
incidents.
- Served as the operational authority-reviewing and approving all MOPs, coordinating site
activities, and ensuring seamless integration into live environments.
- Acted as the escalation point for DC teams, engineers, and customer operations.
- Oversaw vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, and emergency response planning.
